At Pikore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pikore account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
